About me

I am a photophile.  I love light at every hour of the day, every season of the year and in any kind of weather. I’m also a freelance photographer located outside Rabat, Morocco, where I share a farm with a wide variety of organisms – including a lot of plants, several cats, and my beloved partner.

I have a professional website where you can see some of the projects I’ve done so far, have a look at a collection of my pictures and order prints. I started this blog to share photography which I might not put on my website: an oasis for creativity and the occasional confusion. I’ll put up themed pictures, photos of experiments I’ve made and new discoveries. I’m also more than happy to discuss photography and other things with anyone willing to do so. Feel free to comment! I have an MSc in biology from the University of Helsinki, and I’m currently studying to be a wildlife guide. When I’m not taking pictures, I’m likely to be playing guitar, training for a marathon or reading.
